How can I reset my password?
- Since EdGuruX is integrated with O365, please contact your eLearning Administrator to reset your password.
What type of content can be uploaded into a course?
- You can add texts, web URLs, images, videos, word documents, powerpoint documents, PDFs, SCORM files.
Why does "tenant URL does not belong to user account" message appears?
- This error appear because you have logged in with a different username and password which does not belong to the URL which you are trying to log in. Go to office.com with a new tab, log out from the current account yu have logged in and retry log into the LMS with correct URL and correct username and password.
